Dr. Smith is great - he loves animals about as much as any one person can and always has amusing animal stories to tell. The downside is that he takes the roundabout way of answering questions, so you're there a lot longer than planned and you're left wondering if there really IS something wrong with your animal - at least until you get to the end of his speeches.
Pros: small with rooms for cat or dog
Cons: keeps you waiting sometimes and talks a little too much
