I have taken my dogs, Niblet and Charlie to Kay for over a year. They love her and I truely believe she loves them. Her shop is always clean, bright and cheerful. Everything is in the open. If you wish to stay while you pet is groomed (as I usually do, she makes to feel at ease. I would recommend her 100%. Charlie, my shih tzu, has very thick fur. It is no problem for Kay.
Pros: No cages former vet tech loves animals does great job

Everyone there loves the animals and are very helpful to shelters. The staff has gone above and beyond is helping with lost pets.
