Vca Tampa Bay Animal Hospital

Our family has been taking our pets to VCA Tampa Bay Animal Hospital since it was just Tampa Bay Animal Hospital when Dr. Ladue and Dr. Murphy were there (that's about 20 years). Like any business there will be ups and downs with customer service issues but I must say that the current staff at VCA Tampa Bay are the most pleasant and accommodating group. They always want to know how things are going with Peatie and he LOVES going there. One of the most customer focused front office people we've ever come in contact with was here - Amanda (John Deere) - she loved seeing Peatie when he would come in. But actually, she loved seeing all her animal clients as they came in. Her enthusiasm for her job and her customers made us feel important. Amanda has moved on and there are other helpful and friendly people there now too.

It's important that you feel a connection to the people and the place that care for your most special "children" - your pets! We get that from VCA Tampa Bay Animal Hospital.

Pros: Peatie LOVES going to VCA Tampa Bay Animal Hospital and the staff there loves him back!

Cons: We've experienced some confusion on meds recently but that has worked itself out.
