Companions Animal Hospital

I cannot recommend this veterinarian practice any more highly. After disappointing visits to a number of animal hospitals, I finally found my answer. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Marghoob when she worked at another facility. Her upbeat, pro-active response to my rescued cat's dire situation literally saved her life. The other vets I had visited wrote this poor cat off as unsavable. One vet flat out told me to put her sleep. My cat made a full recovery.

Companions is a brand new facility with beautifully decorated rooms that are anything but hospital-like. Visits and medicines are reasonably priced and competitive. Lab work results are returned immediately. The doctors (there are two veterinians) and staff are never in a rush and take as much time with you on the phone with an update as they do with an office appointment. I have never left a visit feeling unsure, or with unanswered questions.

Though this hospital is not in my community, I make the 30 minute drive because I want my pets to have the best. One visit and you will see why this doctor has a Veterinian of the Year award plaque on her wall from a prominent New York veterinary society.
