took dog to get groomed. got dog back acting strange, found cuts a few days later with green pus coming out. they had cut up the dogs neck and didn't bother telling me. took dog back to complain. they said they would take care of it. got dog back bleeding profusely. lady told me she rubbed off the scabs and put peroxide on it (ouch!) and suggested I take dog to vet. No apology and did not take responsibility for their negligence and did not offer to pay for the damage they did to dog (to see vet) or refund.

Pros: NONE

Cons: Didn't bother telling us they hurt dog

This salon is great for pets. They are clean and efficient although Rocky's haircuts have been awkward 2 times already. They are very busy, so you have to make your appointment months in advance. All in all, they groomers are kind and strive to get to know all of the pets and their owners.

Pros: good record keeping, treat pets well, they try to get to know the pets,

Cons: can be expensive, hair cuts come out funny sometimes
