Staff was very friendly and took my dog on a last minute notice. The red flag for me was they did not require vaccination records, but I didnt have time to look for the information and went ahead with the appointment. The shop was pretty messy but they were very accommodating. The woman that worked on my dog seemed knowledgeable. I got the impression they were over booked which is why things seemed to be in such poor condition. I probably wouldnt use them again unless it was an absoloute emergency, or I hear that things are a more sanitary.
