They take entirely too long to groom smaller breed dogs. You will be told come back in 2 hours and the dog is never done; every visit for my pet has taken at least 4 hours. The place is definitely not as clean as it should be. The owner and a few of the "groomers" would rather spend time outside the shop smoking and socializing than keeping an eye on what is going on. When a customer has a legitimate concern about why what they asked for was not done or a pet has a nail injury or some such problem, management gives no reaction whatsoever to customer concerns. I've heard dogs yelping in the back during grooming and groomers screaming at them to try and control them. I will not go back here. I come to find out that there are other groomers in my area that have been in the business for over 30 years, and when you go to their shop you can actually see them working and interacting with the animals. Your animal is not blocked from your view by window blinds like this business does. Gives you the impression they are trying to hide something. Save your money and save your pet the stress -- don't go here!
