I had my dog groomed here once and never brought him back. Their building is old and dirty and parking is difficult. I also don't like groomers that make you drop off your dog in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon...even PetSmart lets you pick up your dog as soon as they are done. This place doesn't let you do that. I would never bring my dog back here or recommend it to anyone.
Pros: Are there any?
Cons: Many!
