PETSMART

Petsmart does a good job grooming my dogs, however, there have been times that I have made an appointment and it has taking a very long time, because they were over booked or people have called out. Also, one time i was stuck in traffic and was late picking them up and the lady called me and yelled at me? I was thinking to myself, I am about to pay you 110 dollars, please stop yelling at me!!!

It is not cheaper than other places the "top dog" package is like 55 or 60 a dog. If you want teeth brushed it is extra, etc. It is not bad, if you will be in the area, but my walker just opened up a place, and that is more convienent.

Pros: nice hair cuts

Cons: over booked, long time, customer service

Dropped both our cats off for boarding which is not really their specialty as they have only a few, maybe 6, cages and no size options (just the small 2 x 2 squares). One of our cats was returned to us with a back injury that cost a lot in vet bills to remedy. They said it may have been caused if they jumped down from a high cage during the play time, or if our cat struggled (doesn't like strangers) and was accidently dropped, both causing our cat to land wrong. Whatever the case, we still go here for food and supplies, but don't think we'll go there again for cat boarding.

Pros: Convenient.

Cons: Cats not priority.
