I don't take my dogs to a groomer, but I have gone into Purr-Fect Pooch on occasion to buy supplies. I find the personnel to be unfriendly and rather rude. The location is convenient, and they do offer pet supplies in addition to grooming services, but I would rather find a place where the staff is pleasant.
Pros: carry pet supplies in addition to grooming services
Cons: unpleasant staff

They treat their animals so well and are good at promoting and finding homes for their animals, they are a non-kill shelter. :)
