Noah's Ark Animal Hospital

I've been using Noah's Ark's boarding service for years. It's conveniently located and they have always been able to accommodate my dogs. My experience with the front desk staff is that they're not too friendly, which is fine I guess. I'm not a regular customer...my dogs are patients of another vet and I use Noah's Ark for boarding exclusively...this may explain??
Also I used to request that my dogs be groomed during their stays, but I no longer do so. On three separate occassions, the groomer cut my dog's nails so short that they were bleeding. Once it was so bad that I called Noah's Ark to complain. They offered to have one of their vets exam my dog. I declined and wound up bringing my dog to his regular vet for a check-up instead. He was in pain for a couple of days, which upset me a lot.
(*Note that my low rating under "knowledgeable staff" pertains to the groomers ONLY -- NOT the doctors or assistants.)

Pros: Convenient place to board dogs

Cons: Staff not super friendly

Roxie is quite comfortable visit her docs and when she boards there, they treat her like a little princess. They take the bast care of her and I know she's in safe hands.

Pros: They treat my dog with care and love
