I was just wondering how you know if your rabbit is shedding too much.

Rabbits go through some specific times in their life when they shed out their coat and are growing in a new one, this is called molting. They are always growing in their coats and growing out of their baby fur until about six months of age, and then they molt. They also molt at around one year old and into their full adult coat, and then two times a year after that.
In the photo this is my bunny Pearl, right now she is going through a really big molt, you can see that she has fur coming off of her everywhere, but this is normal.
