How many times have you walked into someones yard and their psychotic dog comes aggressively barking and barreling down at you and the owner is barely moving from the front porch saying, "Oh he don't bite"?

What annoys you about other pet owners? I hate seeing dogs excessively dressed up. No offense to those that do but some stuff is just WAY too much. I just thought of this while I was playing with the Pet Wars section.

I was sitting here internetting and Foofie had eaten some food. I turned to her and said, "Hey Foofie do you wanna go outside?" and she jumped up on the bed then ran off the opposite end, zoomed around some stuff on the floor and back up on the bed. … more ›
