Shattered Justice

I am an animal control officer and I see the cruelty that some people do to animals and it just infuriates me. We need stiffer laws for these people. They just get a slap on the hand.

The sad thing is that she will never have to put that down when she applies for vet school because if she got probation then it may have been charged as a misdomeor and now she will be handling alot of animals.
