You are absolutely right. People that abuse animals SHOULD serve jail time.

I, too, have a hard time reading about these things.
These people are the lowest! Being jailed for life is a light sentence as far as I'm concerned! I believe the same things that they did to the animals should be done to them. I know some people cannot be stopped from being cruel people, but fear of the punishment would stop SOME! After all, they prove by their behavior that they are real cowards.
