It's really tough when I would rather be sitting here on my keester, Zootooing with my buddies, than working out like I SHOULD! Before I know it, half the evening has gone by!

why subject yourself to pain and torture that will not be permenant unless you keep it up when you can have fun and entertainment? I keep telling myself I need to start exercising, but I never listen to myself!
