my cockatiel laid an egg! the only time she has been around other cockatiels is when i let her out with the other two (dont know if they are girls or boys) some times during the day. will the egg hatch? what do i do with the egg? please HELP!

I have a cockatiel that loves to scratch his butt on his swing and chirp. Has anyone else had this? This is my second tiel that has done this, and I just find it really wierd.
