Training Chihuahuas

Has anyone else had like major trouble with training their chi? I have been a dog owner practically all my life... but chis just are a whole different thing! I wanted to share something I found to be an amazing help!!! It made so much sense ... it was a real lifesaver and well worth it.... check it out and let me know what you guys think.
