Has everyone put up the zootoo contest info on their myspace/facebook/twitter?
I do a bulletin and "status" update with it every day on myspace, a facebook "what are you doing now" daily. I don't twitter.
I've also added it as my "signature" my email, and put a flier I made up on the entrance to my cubicle at work. I talk to everyone about it.
Start telling everyone you know "we're currently in 2nd place". Maybe that will be the motivation they need to participate.

yes - and there are more ideas and flyers on the bhs site too...please tell people and show people how to get there....there is sooo much cool info on the website. flyers, videos...etc.
