My new "right hand man!"

Chekhov, a one-year old abandoned and abused Pit came to the shelter about 2 weeks ago, scrawny, with heartworms, roundworms, fleas, and everything else normally associated with an abandoned dog. He has permanent hair loss at the neck from having been secured somewhere with a tow-chain.
He is the most loving dog I have met. He greets everybody with a wag of the tail and kisses, even cats and a parakeet.
