Michael Vick back in NFL

I can honestly say that I will NEVER forgive Michael Vick. He's a murderer, pure and simple. People like him cannot be helped/rehabbed or anything else. I don't believe for one second that he has changed. His "transformation" is simply for show, much like when people on death row claim to find God in an effort to be saved from the chair. I think it's appalling that this guy murdered MULTIPLE dogs in a callous manner and then not only gets rewarded for doing almost no time, but then gets rewarded again with another multi-million dollar contract. If he killed 8 children instead of dogs, he'd never see the light of day again.

Isn't it amazing how bullies are more forgiving than us humans? Just one of the many reasons I love them. I think of Vick is ready to give amends for what he's done, that's great. I don't think he should be handling dogs or be a spokesperson for them.
I also don't think he should have been reinstated into the NFL. Mr. Goodall was so upset over just the fact that Vick lied to him. His reinstatement is like sayin, "don't worry, go commit your heinous crime and go to jail for it; we'll hold your job till you get back.". It's a slap in the face to fans, to the dogs, to hard working Americans, and a slap on the wrist to Vick. The only thing Vick lost were his dogs. -Rachel
