Yes, I go on early morning walks. When less people and dogs are out. I also use coasstal halti headcollar or the new name Akc navy blue padded dog halter its great. I purchased this collar because Sasha would lead me while walking now its the other way around. As for Max when he sees another dog I have the control.

She could be getting overstimulted. Using sprays or other negative reinforcement items could lead to aggression. I wouldn't do that. I would enroll in a clicker training class. Also, you may want to try to control her stimulation level by controlling the environment. For example, you could go on walks earlier or later, when less people and pets are out. Their will be less smells and less stimulus. There are two good Yahoo forums that have trainers on them who have taught me a lot - agbeh and k9-aggression support. Check them out if you have a moment. Good luck!
