ferret aggression

one of my older female ferrets is extremly aggressive toward our newest rescue, a 12 week old female. I have never seen her show aggression toward any of the othre ferrets. Have tried everything I can think of to help but no luck. Any ideas out there?

I have 10 ferrets and this is the first time I have had any problem. It may be pertly due the fact that the new ferret is just a kit and too high energy for the older one

I hope you find a solution and let us know. I want another ferret companion for my one, but I'm so afraid it won't work out.
