peeing in crate

i have had many bullies and have neve had any trouble crate traing.i recently got a 8 week old puppy she is now 10 weeks and she pees and poops in her crate.I hve never got a bully this young could it be from her age?wat can i do?

My bulldog also keeps eliminating in his crate. He is 12 weeks old. Any tips would be helpful. My poodle rarely ever has accidents in hers.
