Help End Puppy mills

I have started to realy get involved in many groups trying hard to strengthen the laws on puppy mills and breeders. As i find out more and more, when the laws tighten in certain states, they began to sell mill dogs online...craigslist ect. There are so many unneeded furrbabies with no homes, and yet people continue to breed for money and use tight loopholes to sell....... Your oppinion?
