Paully takes a bath.

Paully is evil. he bites, screams, and always goes where he knows he will get in trouble for going! He is sometimes evil, but sometimes very loving, what can i do to make him ALWAYS, be a good boy?

First of all, he's a bird - he will never do exactly what you want him to because he has his own personality, wants and needs. Each of his "issues" can have a variety of causes, so I recommend you start doing some research about taming and training cockatiels. They are actually relatively easy birds to work with, but there are a few very important things you have to remember and stick to. Basically, you have to be very calm and patient with them ALL the time, you have to work with them consistently (this means multiple times per day), and you have to work on building a positive relationship with your bird. Please know that punishing a bird NEVER works (they think very differently than we do), so when your bird does things you don't like, you have to keep your calm, ignore it, and then try to redirect the bird to do something you like. Read up on all this stuff via a good book or some in-depth sites online, and you will be able to build a good relationship with your bird!!
