Chinchilla Ear Infection/Nuerological Disorder???!!

I'm trying to find out as much as possible about this chinchilla I have adopted. I had always wanted one and did alot of research, but discovered she had some bad ear infections that make her off balance and her head is now tilted sometimes. She doesnt tilt often, but usually when running in her wheel or along a wall. The vets don't know to make heads or tails of it. She's seemingly happy & healthy. She just tilts. I was wondering if anyone had had this before or knew any info other than the conflicting stuff I've found online.
Also, I read to give her orgeano, rose hips, and the occasional rasin. Is that okay?
