question about cat collars

hey everyone. my cat michelle will not keep her collar on. i use the safety collars that will pop off if they get them caught on something and shes figured out how to pop it off. all of my cats have been microchipped but id still feel better if i could get her to keep a collar on with an id taq on it. i dont like using the collars without the safety feature on them but i have no idea on how to get her to keep a collar on.

My parents got a cat recently that really had a hard time wearing a collar. They loosened it a bit so it hung there instead of being close to the neck and she hasn't made a fuss since. I don't know if that will work for you or not, just thought I would share. :)

I only have one of my cats that will willingly wear a collor. I put their collars on then have fun finding where they left them for me around the house.
