Hi I had cats but never female's well my female just had kitten's which they will be 1 month tomorrow ,my ? is when should I start showing them liter box and when do you start them on food ?

Me and my sister have two kittens about 4 weeks old found under a friends car we are trying to find a home for them since we are not alowed to keep them but can anyone tell me what to do for them right now. (feeding,care,ect..)
