Won't come when called

Make sure that when you call your dog to come that it is an enjoyable reward to come to you. You can work on training inside, have someone hold him and then call the dog to come to you and reward for the behavior.

Hmmm. I'm not the worlds best trainer but i can say this. I walk my dogs off the leash only around my apartment which is in a park like setting. I monitor them constantly when im out there, i let them wander to an extent which is like 25 ft then i tell them lets go and clap my hand. Now and then they may not listen but i think if you use some authority in your voice they will come. When you either walk over to get him or he finaly comes over, make sure you dont strike him or he will be afraid to come to you in the future. I also play ball with my dogs constantly and have a routine where they wanna stay with me. So have treats in your pocket or even a ball and interact with him. I love my monsters
