Lab for Adoption in NC

I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this... I'm trying to find a home(or rescue) for a female black lab mix in Fayetteville, NC. I don't expect her to be reclaimed by her owner as she was flea infested and had fly bites on her ears, no collar or microchip. I'll have more details on her later if anyone is possibly interested.
