Just wanted to say saw some nice colored bettas the pet store by me. Bubblegum pink, solid black, cambodian (red,white,blue), green, orange, and pearl white!

I found great websites especially for Betta fish! its at www.bettatalk.com and www.bettafish.com the best one is Betta talk! there are great tips and guides on Betta health and breeding.

Rico likes to show off for me when I come to feed him. He flares, and moves back and forth. Then I put the food in and he attacks it!! He is so full of life, what a cool fish :)

Did you know that the male beta uses his bubble nest to help him attract a female? She will lay eggs, and the male fertilizes them and places them gently into his bubble nest and will care for them until they hatch!!! I wish human males could be so… more ›
