Gwendolyn was killed in a tragic cat related accident. As a result of this tragedy I will not be bringing another hamster into the house, I just can't be sure of it's safety. I'm sorry to say I will be leaving the group...Thank you for all of your … more ›

I had to give you all an update, things are going much better now!! Gwendolyn is not afraid of us anymore and last night she sat on my hand for the first time!! She is growing a lot, and she's getting used to the cats, they don't bother her anymore… more ›

I went today to check with my supplier, and they didn't get any in their shipment today. We are SO bummed :( They are supposed to call me when they get some in, but I don't know when that will be.

It's finally time to bring our new friend home, all we have to do is pick her out! I have been told to look for a healthy, curious, confident personallity. Any other tips for picking a winner?

lets face it hamster beding from the store is ok but hamsters dirty it to fast and beding from the store gets to be expensive so what items can we use for beding that wont make them sick like newspaper if you know any others thats good for them enter… more ›
