Couple tapes pet dog to refrigerator

Can anyone believe what goes on inside the heads of these animal abusers! What in the world would ever possess a person to tape an animal to a refrigerator or any other piece of furniture/appliance. The dog was saved and the vet is working with the pet to help him readjust.

i am a groomer and i see neglect all the tiome we cant say anything and it makes me sick i dont know why people do these things the penaltys should be stiffer maybe people would think about befor doing it
