Rena"s RUFF life! (Pit Bull)

It is very inexpensive and easy to care for the canine. These fine loving pets are at our mercy. I don't understand why dogs are allowed to be tide up and left on a chain. If it were made illegal we would have a lower population of homeless dog's . We need stiffer laws for canine owners and breeder's.

i never cold understand how people could keep a dog outside like that Im lucky just to have my dogs go out to go potty lol. They lay around the house all day. I could never chain them outside. whats the point of having a dog that isnt part of the family

yes you are right! I dont understand why people get dogs and put them on a chain and forget about them.
