CANARYIES!

My neighboor does not have cats. They have two dogs, a mini poodle and a mini Lassie (can't remember the breed's name) and the birds don't seem to be bothered by the dogs. I have parakeets, lovebirds, a Rosella parakeet, and three cats. The birds are used to the cats, but they are in large cages and can perch high up, so they feel safe. If you decide to get the canary, make sure it is in a very sturdy and tall cage so it will feel a little safer. The other option is to keep it in a separate room where the cats can't get to the bird. ah, thank you. But I also would like to ask you to ask him wether it would be ok to have one of the birds with two 12 year old cats in the house. If nessacary, I would keep the bird up in my room. (ALL DEPENDS!!)
