Pros: You can use tap water safely for your tank quickly.
Cons: None that I can think of.

This is a must have. Even if you have replacement water ready, it pays to have this just in case you run out. I try to have enough, but I have been caught short sometimes, particularly when I'm cleaning the tank and don't realize I removed more than I have in replacements. All I have to do is get tap water and treat it.
