Sick Fish

I have a 10 gallon tank with about 10-12 Tropical fish. On several occasions they have come down with ich, mainly when I add new fish to the tank. At the first signs, I begin to use this and continue for about 10 days, or until the white spots on my fish have passed. It does make the water a pretty blue color each use, but has always worked to save my fish from the yucky ich! This is the only brand that I have tried and will continue to keep it on hand.
