I got this heater from a friend who has had it for awhile. It works great! I bought a new heater so I'd have a backup one in case 1 went out. I tried the new one and it didn't work right so exchanged it for another one of the same brand. Still heated water way too high considering the temp I set it at so I'm back used the Jagar as it is very reliable.
