For larger aquariums, like 40 gallons and up, or with delicate, expensive fish, this filter is top of the line. It has a very powerful motor and pumps lots of water through the media at a fast rate. It's got mechanical and biological filtration. It will keep your tank crystal clear and constantly keep the water toxin free. You will love this product.
