Excellent!

I really like these Bio Xstream disposable filter cartridges because I have a large, double filter that is hard to find filter pads for. They fit into several different models of Penguin and Regent Aqua tech filters and the design is really nice. Instead of placing the cage inside a filter bag and tossing carbon inside, these pads come ready to go and sealed and they fit inside the cage instead. What I really like about that is I have found I can still use a generic cut to fit filter pad and my own carbon for a custom filter pad and it saves money in the long run without compromising your filters effectiveness.
