I recently purchased this medicine because my fish had worms known as fluke worms in the tank. It was killing off most of them and I had to do something. I went to my local pet store that I can trust and bought clout hoping that it would work. Sure enough, it did and I have not seen those worms for a while now. Even though it says on the back of the box that it should not be used with bottom feeders, that did not effect the 3 bottom feeders that I have and I treated the tank twice.
