Flash back to January 2006.....We adopted Tanna, brought her home, fell in love with her right away. Next day, took her to Arnold Animal Hospital for a check-up, shots, etc...everyone was very nice and the puppy was just fine.
THE NEXT DAY: Tanna vomited...twice. I called AAH and they said to bring her in. Long story short: She had Parvo. Dr Stuart was so kind! He explained what would happen and gave us the options. He said that he thought she had a good chance of survival and DID NOT want to put her down. Well, we left her there for them to care for. A day later, a snow storm hit. They were very upfront and told us that although EVERY EFFORT would be made, they could not guarantee that the morning people would be able to make it to work the next day. So, we picked her up and brought her home to care for. Dr Stuart gave us his HOME phone number to call if we had any questions or concerns. (How often does that happen??) We ended up taking her back a day later and she spent the next 6 days there. They called at least once a day to let us know how she was and I felt TOTALLY comfortable calling them to check on her. She COMPLETELY recovered, thanks to the awesome care she received at Arnold Animal Hospital!
I am SOOOO happy to have found such a great place for my dog and I know that if ANYTHING should happen, she will be well taken care of.
WE LOVE ARNOLD ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!!!!
