We have been clients of this facility (recently moved and changed names to fit new location) for almost 20 years. Our dog, Velvet, enjoyed 17 and 1/2 years due in part to the care received here. The goal was always to ensure a long, healthy life. Our current pets are each treated with the same individual care and concern. The new facilities are great in a nice location with less traffic concerns.

Pros: Staff truly cares about animals - TLC is given. Questions are answered and Instructions are given in "plain" English.

Cons: Appointment time is limited and may run late since a patient is given all time necessary not just time scheduled.
