Diaper boy

My boy dog is 11 years old, and has had a problem with "marking" on and off over the years. We would make sure he got to go outside before we would leave him alone, but still he would pee in our garage all the time. And he would pee in different places around the house. A couple months ago, I decided to buy him this diaper garment wrap. I thought it was cute because it was denim. And he actually did not mind wearing it. I would say "come get your pants on" and he'd turn around and give me his butt, so I could put it on him. He peed in it a couple times, but after about 2 weeks, he was dry more often than not. And then I stopped putting it on him. We checked his usual pee spots and it seemed that he stopped doing it. But then a couple months later, he started doing it again, so I plan to make him wear the diaper again. He is so funny when he wears it. We call him diaper boy, and he almost looks embarassed. But I think the fact that he got wet and had to feel that wetness until we got home to take it off him, made him stop trying to pee on stuff. The only problem was that I thought it was hard to velcro the back because it was strong velcro, and I couldn't always get it lined up straight, so I kept it velcroed and slipped it on just like regular pants instead of trying to wrap it everytime. It stayed in place most of the time. Sometimes I used a maxi pad to help with absorbtion, because he would pee in it and then lay on the couch or my bed and it would soak in wherever he layed. But, like I said, I think it made him stop peeing in the house for a while anyway. So, I am going to try it again.
