Bandguard cream is a prescription only med that we use at the Veterinary Office. It is applied to bandages ONLY - do not apply to skin - after a surgical or repair procedure, casting etc.
It's very unpleasant-tasting and so it helps to prevent the pet from attacking those bandages and trying to get them off thus causing wound problems. Highly rec but is ONLY vet prescribed
