Dogs and cats love it, but it's hard to digest

I got this as a free sample from Zootoo, and I first tried it on my cat. She loved it! She doesn't like as much anymore but she still likes it. It is really, really hard to break because it has so much sinew, (which Native Americans used to sew up Tepees with) and that also makes it hard to digest. I don't like I will ever give it to my puppy again because he already has a sensitive stomach, but I still give tiny pieces to my cat and some to the neighbor's dog whom I often take care of.
