Dogs love greenies!
Pros: Dogs seem to love the taste of the greenies. They are a great size for the specific size of dog. They a formulated to clean the dog's breath. They are gummy so the dog can chew on something and work their teeth but are not hard making you worry about them chipping teeth.
Cons: Not the best treat to try and train a dog.

Our dogs are so fickle. One minute they will love a treat and the next, they won't want anything to do with it. That is not true with greenies. They always are very excited to get their greenies.
They are a perfect size for them and won't pack on the pounds or make them choke. I often worry with harder bones about them being too hard for the dogs' teeth, but with greenies, they are soft so they are still able to work their gums and teeth and massage them without the worry of chipping teeth. They really do seem to improve the smell of the doggy breath as well.

I was so pleased to find Greenies now come in Teenie-size. My Chihuahua has always loved them, but I had to cut the small ones in half (no easy feat) for her to handle them easily. The Teenie-size are perfect! She is happily occupied for a while, and her teeth and breath reap the benefits. Thank you Greenies for recognizing our pint-sized companions!
