The more I looked at it the more I wondered if the strap that goes across their chest is so low that it is uncomfortable when they walk. Kind of like when we woman have a bra strap fall down on our arm and try to lift our arms. I have read many good reviews about it but I am just not sure. I guess I need to buy it and try it and hopefully can take it back it just doesn't work out.

If the strap is too low on the chest, the fit needs to be adjusted. It should not be down where it will slip over the dog's elbows. To adjust the fit, shorten the top strap over the shoulders and lengthen the bottom strap under the rib cage. This will cause the front strap over the chest to ride higher and the dog will be more comfortable. The harness will also work better when fitted this way.
