This is regarding the mix up with the samples. I spoke with Carol at Comfort Zone today about the samples we all received. There was a issue with the description of the sample and the company feels badly about it. Zootooers you need to contact them if you received an email or email them and they will send a new sample wipe with a rebate, and a coupon. All in all you can't beat it. They are trying to correct this sample issue. Sometimes it just happens. Carol and I both agreed if they don't know they can not correct it. Carol assured me they have contacted Zootoo and are working together to correct the sample description. I say we all give them another chance especially since they are trying to make amends. I was treated ever so nicely. I am going to try it and will write a review when I am able to use a sample. I thank Carol for her help with this issue and look forward to trying her product.
